The Australian National Maritime Museum ( The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is a large museum with both outdoor and indoor exhibits, and is Sydney's premier tourist attraction, where both adults and children can have a very interesting and new experience!

HMAS Vampire, HMAS Onslow and HMAS Forward, three decommissioned submarines, are available for viewing, with HMAS Vampire being the last of the Royal Australian Navy's large gunboats.

Step aboard the submarine and enter the wonderful world of underwater warfare; explore the last of the cannon destroyers; catch a glimpse of the amazing Spirit of Australia, the world's fastest ship, or visit Captain Cook's exploratory ship Endeavour. Captain Cook's HMB Endeavour and the Tall Ship James Craig, built in 1874 (when the ship was in port). The museum also hosts a variety of changing temporary exhibitions, and a historic fleet of ships is moored at the museum's dock.
