International Assciation for Medical Assistance to Travellers ( International Assciation for Medical Assistance to Travellers (IAMAT), the world's largest association engaged in medical care for travelers, is a non-profit organization. It is funded entirely by volunteer contributions.

The non-profit organization aims to provide travel health care through a network of doctors, hospitals and clinics. All IAMAT-certified physicians are trained in Western medicine and speak English.
